  •                                     Engineering team:
          We have more than 38 experienced engineers for the designing and project management. 2D, DMF and 3D for each mold must be approved by our customers before any steel to be ordered and machined. UG, Pro/E, Solidworks and Catia are applied for 3D modeling and mold designing, AutoCAD is used in 2D layout and detailed drawings, UG and Powermill is used in CNC programming.
          
          Also our team is good at CAE and Mold-Flow analysis to check and find the best option for gating, filling, cooling and venting.
           Each project will be followed up by experienced production engineers. The engineer will determine the most reliable machining process and equipment for each individual project to make the quality molds.
